Ceroc a mixture of salsa and Jive without the hard footwork. dance classes are exciting and loads of fun with no set course so you can start and stop whenever you want. Ceroc is a great way to meet and make new friends and you don't need to bring a partner just turn up on any class night and have fun while your getting fit. we run Beginners and Intermediate classes at all our venues on the same night with loads of free practice time.DJ & Disco, Dance Studio/School, Regular Dance Classes, Dance Company, Workshops. Ceroc is a modern partner dance thats easy to learn and you don't have to bring a partner so its great for Singles and couples and anyone over 16s. Classes are very social with top ceroc teachers who make the whole evening more of a social night out than a class. The Adult dance lessons are held every Tuesday evening and kick off at 8pm with the beginner class followed by an intermediate class with social dance time between classes and after the intermediate class in all 3 hours if you want to stay the whole evening making it a fab way to keep trim and stay fit. check the website for full details | |

Weekly Tuesday Night dance class with doors opening at 7.40pm and beginners starting at 8pm until 8.45pm then we have a music break to practice then Intermedites start around 9pm until 9.45pm followed by practice time until 11pm. Please wear loose clothes and smooth soled shoes and layers so when you get hot you can remove some items. We don't run any set course so you can start at any time during the year and miss any class and not miss out.
