As you probably know already Zumba is Zumba is having a party and enjoying. It's a combination of dance and fitness movements to Latino music such as merengue, cumbia, calypso, salsa, reggaeton, but also hiphop and flamenco. Zumba fitness choreography is very easy and perfect for anyone who likes to move to swinging music.
Her specialty is to be to bring in more World Beats into the mix, not only will be have the Latin favourites such as Salsa and Meringue, and your Cumbian and Reggae ton mixes we'll travel the World through Rhythm. Don't be put off by the various names, these are the flavours we'll be using, no complicated fangled steps, just simple and fun magic.
