Once the basics have been learnt, the movements are combined into challenging choreographies and routines. This class is excellent for mobility and an increased level of all-round fitness. The classes include the use of veil, finger cymbals and stick.
The choreographies can be danced in class as excercise and for fun. Many of the dances are used by the performance troupe, Sahara, so there is the possibility of joining the troupe and dancing in performance at a later date, although this is not a requirement.
This class is for dancers who have covered the basic families of movement in Egyptian Belly Dance.
The class fee is £27 for a six week course or £6 per session.
