Danceafreaka is a new and fun workout that uses African dance techniques to improve weight loss, flexibility and cardio vascular health. It uniquely incorporates aspects of dances from different parts of the African continent emphasising their aerobic and muscle strengthening qualities.
Classes cost £4 for Fitness First members, £5for students and £6 for non-gym members. Block booking discounts are available so please ask!
Classes are taught to live or pre-recorded drumming from across Africa. They’re easy to follow, lots of fun and suitable for all levels of fitness. If you can't make the class in Brixton or Lewisham, you can buy the Danceafreaka DVD at http://www.danceafreaka.com.

No Smoking. Car Park. Danceafreaka African dance fitness classes run every Friday at 7pm-8pm at Fitness First Brixton. Classes are undertaken in professional dance studio, are suitable for all levels of fitness and beginners are very welcome!.
