SAMMIES HIP POP DANCE THE PREMIER ADULT DANCE CLASS IN SWALE AND MEDWAY Learn all the latest dance moves to great chart hits, whilst losing weight and improving your groove. This funky freestyle class is for all ages and abilities, it is guaranteed to make you sweat, smile and enjoy yourself. If you are looking for a little bit more than an exercise class, then give Sammie's Hip POP dance a try, we learn MTV inspired dance routines to funky chart hits, taking moves from every kind of dance genre. We learn a new routine every week, so if you miss a week you will not be behind, previous routines we have learnt are The Way I Are - Timberland, Maneater - Nelly Furtardo, Sexyback - Justin Timberlake, Pump it - Black Eyed Peas, Touch the Sky - Kanye West, Beep - Pussycat Dolls.
