Open to anyone over 14. Classes run throughout the year apart from Christmas, join any time. Aimed at complete beginners and those wanting to brush up on technique. Classes are fun and extreemly good exercise. Build up your confidence as you build up your abdominal muscles and co ordination.

£6 per session or £40 for 10 consecutive weeks (£4 per session). Wear something lose and comfortable.
