Zumba Classes for Adults and ages 14+. Zumba Basics for beginners and also Zumba Toning Classes. Come and join the party and get fit, have fun and loose weight all at the same time. Zumba is the proven fitness class of the year and is great fun. Our classes are enjoyable and we cater for all abilities including complete beginners. Zumba is a dance/excercise based class mixing cuban salsa moves and music together with easy dance steps that anyone can do.

Car Park. Entrance is via the white doors on the corner, just below “Tariff Taxis” sign. We are located on the 1st Floor at the end of the long corridor. Large full-mirrored studio. Two medium fully mirrored studios. Diner, Toilets, Games Room, Internet Cafe.
