Come and join my get fit 2012 dancercise classes at Elms Community Centre, Green Lane, Whitefield, m45 7fd. Suitable for all ages 10-60 yrs in good health ! Every Wednesday 7-8pm.
We are a friendly bunch of girls and welcome new participants anytime ! The class comprises of zumba style dance routines to pop music and then we get down to some serious toning exercises with a stretching routine to finish our workout. You will go home feeling good about yourself and de-stressed - I promise!
