Thursday 7-8pm with Cath, £40 for the 4 week block.

Are you completely new to Pole Fitness? Then this is the course for you! Our level 1 course will start at the beginning, covering all the basic spins, tricks, transitions and techniques. We will lay great foundations by focusing on the basic hand and leg grips, to build your pole strength, fitness and confidence!!

Pole dancing is a sport that combines many different forms of exercise from dance to gymnastics, acrobatics to strength training. Classes are held at our studios in Clifton every evening, with 4 week pole courses only £40, and additional classes such as dance, burlesque and pole practice sessions.
