These classes are suitable for ladies and men of all ages, shapes and sizes. They are meant for complete beginners and those who may have done a little in the past and want to brush up their skills.
Beginners should wear comfortable clothes, preferably a flare skirt (women) or comfortable trousers (men), and court shoes, shoes with a boot heel or boots with a sturdy heel.
