Total Tap ReadingTap Workshop, Instruction at Improver to Advanced level Dancing. Contact organiser for times and further details. Doors open 10:00. £25.00 for all sessions. To book or for further details: Book, Info. Tap Attack “Total Tap Workshops” are a fun day for tappers of all ages and abilities. Each day and has two 1¼ hour classes, each taught by the England Tap Team Head Coaches James Doubtfire and Jo Scanlan who jointly choreographed Tap Attacks “3 Star” Got To Dance Semi Final routine. The Winter “Total Tap Workshop” is in Reading, on Sunday 11th December at Dance Reality. Classes are available for three standards, Youth, Elementary/Intermediate and Advanced standard (as a rough guide Youths must be a minimum of 9 years old and Grade 3 standard), however the emphasis on the day is for attendees to have fun whilst learning something new. Well Tap Attack are again looking for excellent, committed young tap dancers to join their company and associates for 2012/13, who wish to gain an intensive training, as well as performance opportunities and to potentially represent England in international competitions. Following on from their success in reaching the live semi-finals of series two of Sky 1's Got to Dance, were they wowed the audience and judges alike gaining 3 gold stars at both their audition and their live performance, the company have gone on to make their US debut in “United We Tap” in Boston in August 2011 and returned recently from another successful year at the IDO World Tap Championships in Germany as well as numerous television and commercial performance engagements. We seek dancers who excel musically and technically and who are able to commit to the company or the associates (please see rehearsal details on website). | ||
