Suave and sophisticated Henfield based jazz band RetrOactive is bringing its popular Cocktails & Dance night to the Martlets Hall at Burgess Hill on Saturday 8th March 2008. In the theme of previous events there will be the opportunity to raise money for a local charity, as they will be hosting a raffle in aid of St Peter & St James hospice. The night gives people the chance to throw on their cocktail dresses and suits and soak up the sophisticated, fun atmosphere and enjoy an array of musical styles from jazz and funk to blues and rock. What’s more, Matt Collison will be joining RetrOactive to DJ between the sets to keep the music flowing, so come along and enjoy a night to remember and of course help raise some money for a very worthy cause.
