Belly Dance Basics - Level 1 & 2. This class includes an introduction to the families of movement in belly dance and is excellent for mobility and all-round fitness. No previous dance experience is required and new dancers are very welcome.I limit the numbers in each class, so that all dancers can progress and make the most of the sessions.
Once the basic movements are learnt, there is the opportunity to extend this class by taking the later class.
Payment is £30 for 6 weeks or £6 per class. It is possible to try a taster class before you join. There is no charge if you decide not to continue. Please check for availability. Phone Bookings: 01536 415 635.
