WANT TO DANCE? WANT TO EXPRESS YOURSELF? This class is aimed at anyone who is new to contemporary dance or has some previous knowledge and would like to explore their technique further. Each class will start with a Yoga based warm-up and progress to a technique section which is focused primarily on strength and flexibility. In the last part of the class a movement sequence will be taught which develops over the weeks. Saturdays at 11.30 am till 1pm £8 or 6 classes for £36Dance Studio/School.
