Tango Bromsgrove offers regular drop-in classes and occasional workshops for complete beginners, and we also organise regular practicas and more formal milongas. The fundamentals of tango are not difficult to acquire, and most people can be dancing simple, but authentic, tango in just a few hours. As dancers gain experience and develop their skill, they discover new ways to express themselves through the dance, but tango remains, at its heart, a simple dance. Content: First Steps in Argentine Tango: + Fundamentals of Dancing Argentine Tango, Milonga and Vals + Walking, Turning, Improvisation & Musicality + Floorcraft & Etiquette of Social Dancing For complete beginners wanting to join this class, we also offer 30 minutes of additional help with tango basics from 8pm (no additional charge), and the main class is followed by a short practica until 10pm. | |
